Free futures trading simulator for NQ, MNQ, ES and MES.
Trade E-mini and Micro futures one candle at a time, with real contract sizes, tick values and commissions. Rehearse futures prop firm evaluations with trailing drawdowns and daily loss limits, then let the journal show you what to fix.
Futures follow the CME Globex day: 18:00 to 17:00 New York time, Sunday to Friday. Practice Asia, London, the New York open, regular hours or a window you set.

How it works
Pick a contract and a session. NQ or MNQ, ES or MES, and the window you trade. A random day can start at a random minute with the date hidden, so you can't remember how it ends.
Trade it like your platform. Market, limit and stop orders, a stop and target on every entry, sizing from your dollar risk, hotkeys and timeframes from 1 second to daily. Commission comes out of every fill.
Review every trade. Each fill lands in the journal with entry, exit, size and P&L. Grade it, tag the setup and the mistake, and let Progress show your best hours and what to fix next.
Futures evaluation templates
Templates use the three drawdown types futures prop firms use: end of day trailing, real time trailing and static, each with the daily loss limit or consistency rule that goes with it. Edit any rule before you start.
50K, 100K, 150K Evaluation: End of day trailing drawdown, daily loss limit, 50% consistency
50K, 100K Intraday Trail: Real time trailing drawdown on unrealized peak, no daily limit
50K Static: Fixed max loss that never trails, hard daily loss limit
Questions
Is the futures simulator free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card: 3 replay sessions a day, 1 evaluation account, the journal, the daily challenge and battles. Pro ($19 a month) removes the daily session limit.
What is the difference between NQ and MNQ?
MNQ, the Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100, is one tenth of NQ. Both move in 0.25 point ticks, but a tick is worth $5.00 on NQ and $0.50 on MNQ, so MNQ is where most traders start or size down. ES and MES work the same way: $12.50 and $1.25 a tick.
Can I practice for a futures prop firm evaluation?
Yes. Pick a 50K, 100K or 150K template with an end of day, real time or static drawdown, or set your own profit target, max loss, daily loss limit, consistency rule, minimum days, max contracts and flatten time. Each trading day of the account is one replayed session. It is practice only: passing here doesn't get you funded.
Does it trade like a real futures platform?
The chart and the order ticket work the way futures platforms do: whole contracts, tick sizes and tick values, market, limit and stop orders, brackets, hotkeys and timeframes from 1 second to daily. There is no order book (DOM) ladder yet.
Is it real futures data?
Not yet. Sessions run on generated data built from the statistics of the real market: its quiet and busy hours, opening bursts, gaps and fat tails. Charts that use it are tagged Generated, and real data is coming market by market as the licenses to show it are in place. Because the days are generated, nobody can look up how a session ends.
Can I backtest a futures strategy?
Yes. Write a strategy in the Pine Script style editor or start from one of over 100 built in indicators and strategies, then backtest it on past sessions with commission, slippage and a full report, including your odds of passing an evaluation.
