Markets you can practice

Pick the market when you start a practice window (New window) or create an evaluation account.

  • Futures: NQ (E-mini Nasdaq-100), MNQ (Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100), ES (E-mini S&P 500), MES (Micro E-mini S&P 500), YM (E-mini Dow), MYM (Micro E-mini Dow), RTY (E-mini Russell 2000), M2K (Micro E-mini Russell 2000), CL (Crude oil), MCL (Micro crude oil), GC (Gold), MGC (Micro gold)
  • Indices: NAS100 (Nasdaq 100 index), US500 (S&P 500 index), US30 (Dow 30 index)
  • Forex and gold: EURUSD (Euro / US dollar), GBPUSD (British pound / US dollar), AUDUSD (Australian dollar / US dollar), XAUUSD (Gold spot)
  • Crypto: BTCUSD (Bitcoin), ETHUSD (Ether)

Futures trade in contracts, forex and index CFDs in lots from 0.01, crypto in coins and stocks in shares. Futures and forex follow the 18:00 to 17:00 New York session, crypto trades every day including weekends, and stocks trade from 9:30 to 16:00 New York time.

Fees follow each market: a commission per contract, lot or share that you can change in Settings, and 0.05% a side for crypto. Evaluation templates change with the market too: futures evaluations, percent based challenges for forex, indices and crypto, and stock evaluations.
