The AI helper

When it's switched on, the help chat has an AI helper. It answers questions about the app from the help center, and when you're signed in it can look at your own stats, accounts and settings to explain them.

It can also offer to do things: open a page, start a practice session, update your trading rules or create a setup. Nothing changes until you press the button.

There's a daily message limit: 10 on Free, 40 on Pro and 200 on Elite. It coaches practice and process, it doesn't give financial advice, and it can be wrong. Your question and the data it looks up are sent to Anthropic to answer you.
