Open the Plans page and choose Manage subscription, or use the link in your receipt email. Renewal stops right away and you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends.
Your first payment on a paid plan is fully refundable if you ask within 14 days. Talk to a person with the email on your account and the date of the charge. The Refund policy page has the details.
